1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Cash Magico, operated by Cash Magico. By registering or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and maintain one personal account unless written approval is provided. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Offers, surveys and rewards
Eligibility is determined by the relevant offer provider. A reward becomes available only after a valid completion is confirmed. Pending rewards may be delayed while a provider or administrator reviews the activity.
4. Prohibited activity
Bots, automation, duplicate accounts, false information, manipulated tracking, abusive VPN or proxy use, and any attempt to obtain an unearned reward are prohibited.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests must meet the displayed minimum and use an active payment method. Payments are reviewed and processed manually. The normal review target is up to 3 business days, although additional verification or provider delays may extend this period. Incorrect payment details may cause rejection or delay.
6. Reversals and chargebacks
A reward may be reversed when a provider cancels a completion, reports fraud, detects duplicate activity or otherwise invalidates the transaction. A reversal may reduce the available balance, including below zero where permitted by the account ledger.
7. Account action
Cash Magico may restrict, suspend or close an account, reject a withdrawal or remove rewards when these Terms are violated or activity cannot be validated.
8. Third-party services
Offer providers and payment services are independent third parties and may apply their own terms, eligibility rules, privacy practices and availability restrictions.
9. Support and disputes
Questions about an account, reward or withdrawal should be submitted through the Support page. You may also contact support@cashmagico.local. Include the relevant transaction or withdrawal reference when available.
10. Changes and governing law
These Terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. Applicable local law governs these Terms.
